Senior Human Resources Generalist – Employee Relations
Lourdes has worked at the Pastoral Center for 1 ½ years and handles Employee Relations for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington. In her last role, she was a Human Resources Manager for North America and the Caribbean for a firm who supplied services to diplomatic missions. Lourdes appreciates the culture and the support and collaboration where everyone works together toward a common goal in support of our Parishes and school. Ronnie Kirin
IT Operations Manager
Ronnie has worked for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington for over 10 years and previously was a Manager Service Provider doing helpdesk, systems administration, and networking. Ronnie feels that the people and staff at the Archdiocese are the nicest and kindest individuals that he has ever encountered and they give him a feeling of camaraderie and personal care. Per Ronne, “I am often stopped in the hallway and asked how my family is doing.” He enjoys getting to know the staff on a personal level.
Garnet Sahadeo
Building Services Assistant
Garnet worked for the Archdiocese for over 5 years. He began in the mailroom and now conducts contract reviews for all Archdiocesan properties. Prior to joining the Archdiocese, Garnet worked for District Photos in the printing process department. Garnet enjoys working with the staff at the Pastoral Center and helping the team in any way he can.
Emy Mendoza
Bilingual Administrative Assistant – Tribunal
Emy has worked with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington for almost three years; she was formerly a Legal Assistant. Emy enjoys daily interactions with people and the ability to use her faith in her daily role by helping clients with annulment cases.
Pamela Harris
Assistant Secretary – Pastoral Ministry and Social Concerns
Pamela has been with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington for 2 ½ years and is responsible for overseeing the Life, Dignity and Justice team which includes the Offices of Social Concerns, Life Issues, and Deaf and Disabilities. Her responsibilities also include working closely with Victory Youth Center and co-coordinating the ecumenical and interfaith ministry. What I enjoy most about working for the Archdiocese of Washington is that I am a part of a community whose focus is to be a prophetic voice for the local church.
We collaborate with our parishes, schools, and lay movements and organizations, to effectively and authentically promote the common good. I am humbled by the rich diversity of our community, and the living witness of the Gospel in the people I work with, and the people we serve. God has entrusted us to care for and to respect the dignity of all people, and I have the privilege to be a part of a community that does this through prayer, charity and works.
Lissette Benitez Munoz
Staff Accountant
Lissette has worked for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington for almost 17 years and is now a Staff Accountant. Lissette holds a Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and has learned a lot about financial reporting and auditing since joining the Archdiocese. Lissette appreciates the connection with the Parishes and the entire Archdiocesan community and the impact that her work has had over the years.
