Young Adult Ministry in Our Parishes
Many parishes in the Archdiocese of Washington host young adult communities to enrich the faith life of their young adult parishioners and invite young adults to contribute to the larger parish community. These communities offer sacramental and educational enrichment, opportunities for spiritual development and community service, as well as fellowship with other faith-filled young adults.
The Archdiocese of Washington’s Office of Young Adult Ministry assists these parish communities with resources, information, and consultation. Laura Ferstl, coordinator of Young Adult Ministry, is available for consultation with parish priests, staff members and young adult leaders who want to start a young adult community or revitalize their current young adult community.
